Kevin Flick is without question one of the most hard-working,
supportive volunteer-staff members I have ever worked with.

Kevin shows strong self-initiative, exceptional capability,
and impressive work ethic.

He is always showing us new ideas to solve challenges.

Kevin is endearing, passionate, conscientious with
a high intellect to back it up.

I have discussed with Kevin regulation of his emotions
and he is good with that.

My only other recommendation for improvement would be to
continuing improvement in communication with his
co-workers and leadership.

Kevin is a very strong asset to Red Cross.

Recommended further training:
IS100-400
NIMS Training,
Further Red Cross leadership training.
Additional disaster courses, mid and upper level.

Recommended futher experience:
Additional DR's.

Recommend the following for consideration:
The staff member be promoted to Supervisor position
